I've figured out how to create a shared calendar through google that will allow us all to view/edit/share a calendar for call for entries. If you share your email address (might need to be a gmail address), I can add you all and then share the calendar with everyone. Then as we find call for entries, we can add them there and be reminded as the deadlines draw near. Let me know if you want to be added.
