Probably the highest-end, most sophisticated of any of the publications I recently posted. Dedicated to featuring emerging artists, mainly documentary. By the looks of the content they post, they have a very high standard for quality.
Looking for bodies of 10-15 images accompanied by a short intro and bio. Also looking for literary work.
